Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your PROTEITH® purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a faulty or wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
For all approved refunds or exchanges, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
